OBSTETRICS
To reduce pain and swelling to the lower abdomen and perineum after childbirth and serious operations.
When Medichill is applied

a) through exterior of underwear,

b) in a disposable pad cover,

c) in a Medichill washable and reusable Ice Pad cover, or

d) by inserting Pads into sanitary napkins, considerable relief of pain can be
achieved and ambulation is attained faster.

THEATRE
For testing epidural success.

To reduce pain and swelling after surgery, minimising the need for analgesia.

PHYSIOTHERAPY
Applied frozen or chilled with a compression bandage to relieve pain and swelling to soft tissue trauma. Can be heated to assist in muscle rehabilitation.

ACCIDENT & EMERGENCY
